No obligation first chatUnlimited support
  1. 12 or more months before

Say hello and save your date

Send a message or call Julie to check availability. Once your date is held, you can relax knowing your celebrant is secured.

  2. 9 to 12 months before

Meet for an obligation free chat

Julie and Keith meet with you in person, by video or over the phone. You share your story, your style and what matters most to you both.

  3. 6 to 9 months before

    Design your ceremony together

Julie drafts a personalised ceremony outline. You choose readings, rituals, music and any special moments you would like included.

  4. 3 to 6 months before

    Complete the legal paperwork

For marriages, the Notice of Intended Marriage must be completed at the latest one calendar month before your wedding. It can be done earlier and is valid for 18 months. Julie does it all for you; just bring your birth certificates or passports, a driver’s licence for photo ID and, if either of you has been married before, your final divorce papers.

  5. 1 to 3 months before

    Refine the details

Finalise your vows, readings and music choices. Keith confirms the sound setup so everyone can hear clearly on the day.

  6. 2 to 4 weeks before

    Onsite rehearsal

Julie and Keith join you at the venue for a relaxed rehearsal. You walk through the space, practise cues and settle any last nerves.

  7. 1 week before

    Final confirmations

Julie checks timings, vendor contacts and any last minute tweaks. You can call or email as often as you need.

  8. On the day

    Enjoy your ceremony

Julie leads a warm, personal ceremony written just for you. Keith manages the professional sound and music so nothing is left to chance.
